You already know how to hold a conversation that matters. Alive gives you a new perspective to bring into it.
When a leader faces uncertainty, the question is often bigger than any one behavior. Alive looks at the human skills they express and the working conditions their team experiences, bringing both into view through self-ratings and feedback from others.
Certification helps you use that perspective with care. You will learn the framework, examine sample reports, practice debriefing results, and prepare to use the assessment in your own coaching or consulting work.

This is a facilitated, practical program. You will come to the live sessions prepared, take part in discussion and coached exercises, then practice a full debrief with a partner.

The sequence gives you time to absorb the ideas, try the conversations, and return with questions from your own experience.
Discover Alive and its human skills
Meet the framework and its research foundations. Explore Reasoning, Judgment, and Relationship, read the Skills profile, and practice explaining results in language a leader can use.
Explore the human system
Work through the ten conditions across Work Space, Work Day, and Work Culture. Compare a leader’s view with their team’s experience, and practice opening that conversation without assuming either perspective tells the whole story.
Bring the two perspectives together
Practice choosing a focus with the client, responding to differences in ratings, and moving from insight toward action. Review the practical steps for invitations, consent, confidentiality, scoring checks, and report delivery.
Learn from practice
Return after your paired debriefs to reflect on what happened, receive feedback, clarify interpretation questions, and prepare to use Alive with your clients.
BEYOND THE LIVE SESSIONS
Make space
to try it.
Three guided preparation modules take about 40 minutes each. They introduce Alive, explore the Human System, and help you prepare to deliver an assessment thoughtfully.
Between Sessions 3 and 4, you and a partner meet twice for 75 minutes. You each have a turn to coach and a turn to experience a debrief, with time to give and receive feedback. You may use a personal report that you choose to share or the fictional sample report.

The Founding Cohort is by invitation. Additional two-week, live online cohorts are planned for January, February, and March 2027. Each includes four facilitated sessions, guided preparation, and paired practice.

PRACTICAL QUESTIONS

Who is this program for?
Leadership coaches and consultants who want to use Alive thoughtfully with leaders. The program assumes you have experience supporting development conversations; you do not need prior experience with the Alive framework.
Do I have to share my own report with a partner?
No. Paired practice can use a personal report only if you choose to share it. A fictional sample report is available instead.
When can I register?

What happens after registration?
We will send your confirmed schedule, access and preparation details, and guidance for completing your own assessment.
