The Human Intelligence Experience
The Human Intelligence Experience is a four-week cohort program embedded in your actual work. Week by week, participants develop the capacity to make the judgment calls and build the client relationships that matter most, and examine how the conditions of their working day are supporting or undermining their capacity to do so.
One daily practice guide each morning. One live session each week. One commitment per week, carried forward.
The program closes with a Personal Human Intelligence Report for each participant.

The Human Intelligence Design is a comprehensive engagement for organizations ready to redesign the conditions that develop Human Intelligence at a systems level.
The engagement works across two simultaneous workstreams.
1. Human Intelligence Competency Modeling. Defines what Human Judgment and Human Relationship need to look like in your specific roles. A detailed competency model that drives how you hire, develop, and evaluate your people. Includes hiring, coaching, and performance guides.
2. Conditions Assessment. Examines the conditions currently suppressing Human Intelligence in your organization and what specific changes will develop it. Evidence-based, with concrete, sequenced recommendations.

James Meaden is an I/O Psychologist and the founder of The Alive Institute. His background spans psychometrics, workplace design, and AI readiness, with experience in the private sector (Accenture, Revolut, Codility) and GovCon (supporting the VHA, FAA, DOD). His peer-reviewed research ranges from the performance and limitations of AI models to how environmental conditions shape human cognition. This work has led him to a clear understanding of what AI can and cannot do, and what conditions restore the capabilities it cannot replace. He works with leadership teams who are serious about the question AI is forcing: not whether their people can use the tools, but whether they can do what AI cannot.
